1. While becoming a distributor of the company, you must ensure that you purchase your product or package. Otherwise, the company will not be held responsible.

2. The price of the product or package is subject to change (increase or decrease) at any time.

3. Sales commission and its capping may be changed at any time in the future.

4. Delivery charges will be applicable if fewer than 10 joining kits are ordered or if ordered individually.

5. The amount paid for the joining kit–related product or package is non-refundable.

6. Closing will be done on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month.

7. Commission will be paid within three days after closing.

8. Under the Sales Incentive Module, the company reserves the right to buy or sell any product or package using your amount as per its policies.

9. You can submit your request for Sales Incentive any time after 90 days before the closing date.

10. After ninety (90) days, you can withdraw your money partially or fully at any time.

11. Sales incentive will be payable only on the amount that remains with the company from the 1st to the 30th of every month.

12.Initially, sales incentives will be calculated as follows: for the period up to the 10th, counting from the 11th; for the period up to the 20th, counting from the 21st; and for the period up to the 30th, counting from the 1st.

13. TDS @ 5% and Admin Charges @ 5% will be applicable on Sales Commission and Re-purchase Commission.

14. To receive sales commission and sales incentive, 10% of the commission amount (maximum up to ₹2000) must be used to purchase products from the company.

15. Any type of dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Surat (Gujarat) Court only.
